The former President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Dutti, arrived in the Netherlands after the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant for his deadly “war on drugs”.

During Dutti in his post, thousands of arrested drug dealers, users, and others were killed without trial.
